The Bumiterra Registry is a publicly accessible platform designed to transparently document restoration progress under Bumiterra’s various programs — including Bumiterra Restore (B2B), CSR partnerships, and the Bumiterra Collective (B2C).

The Registry serves to:

• Showcase contributors and beneficiaries,

• Highlight environmental and community impact,

• Provide verified visibility into restoration activities.

2. Data Display and Attribution

The Registry publicly displays data related to restoration efforts, including but not limited to:

• Contributor names or organizations,

• Area restored and restoration status,

• Environmental or carbon-related estimates (if applicable),

• Project locations and milestones,

• Community engagement or beneficiary stories.

By participating in any Bumiterra program, you acknowledge and agree that your name, logo (if applicable), and relevant contribution details will be made publicly visible on the Registry. This is a core aspect of Bumiterra’s mission to promote radical transparency in climate restoration. Requests to remove public attribution are not permitted unless required by law.

3. Accuracy and Responsibility

Bumiterra strives to ensure all displayed information is accurate and up-to-date. However:

• Some data may be participant-submitted or subject to time lags.

• Environmental and carbon metrics are estimates and may vary with field conditions.

Bumiterra is not responsible for any actions or decisions made based on the contents of the Registry and is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from actions and decisions using data from Bumiterra.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Registry — including layout, design, visuals, charts, and platform structure — is the property of Bumiterra or its contributors, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reuse, modify, or redistribute any part of the Registry for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except for personal or informational sharing with attribution.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your affiliation with any Registry entry;

• Scrape or extract Registry data for external commercial databases or tools;

• Use the Registry in ways that may harm, exploit, or mislead other participants or their communities;

• Attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform;

• Use the Registry or any associated Bumiterra content to make misleading claims about your environmental impact, carbon footprint, or restoration efforts;

• Engage in greenwashing or unauthorized brand association that misrepresents your level of contribution, impact, or involvement.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The Registry is provided “as-is” for public awareness and storytelling purposes. Bumiterra makes no warranties, express or implied, about the continuous accuracy or availability of platform content.

We are not liable for:

• Technical interruptions, data delays, or losses;

• Third-party reuse of public Registry data;

• Reputational impact due to public transparency.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, its offerings, or legal obligations.

Updated versions will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued access or program participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Anti-Greenwashing Commitment

PT Bumi Terra Gaia is firmly committed to environmental integrity and rejects all forms of collaboration with companies or individuals that engage in greenwashing practices — including overstating, misrepresenting, or manipulating their environmental contributions or commitments.

Participation in any Bumiterra program requires acceptance of our radical transparency standards. All contributors are expected to communicate their involvement accurately and in good faith, in alignment with the data publicly displayed on the Registry.

We conduct rigorous screening of potential clients and partners to ensure alignment with our restoration values and long-term environmental vision. We reserve the right to revoke platform visibility or participation at any time if an individual or organization is found to:

• Misrepresent their contribution or level of engagement;

• Use Registry data or Bumiterra branding for misleading environmental claims;

• Undermine the credibility of our collective efforts through deceptive practices.

Our stance is simple: true restoration cannot coexist with false narratives.
